Purchase Conditions

By placing an order with RodFree you are agreeing to the following conditions.

We operate on a made to order basis. Once your order is placed and the purchase price paid in full we immediately begin producing your lever.

A change of mind request for full refund is not possible once the order is placed but before the product has shipped. On a case by case basis we may provide a partial refund to cancel the order, solely at our discretion.

If your RodFree lever does not suit your trampoline when you provide incorrect model information at the time of ordering, we will endevour to exchange for the correct lever providing it is in as-new condition. Shipping costs will be applied.

If we send you an incorrect RodFree lever for your trampoline then you will be entitled to an exchange and we will commit to providing an exchange as soon as possible, once a new lever has been produced.

To be as-new condition the lever itself must not be marked in any way. This includes the wood, steel and plastic covering components and provided tools. Original packaging and documentation can be excluded, however the lever must be suitably packaged and shipped back to us so as to avoid any or all damage.

Refunds and Exchanges

At our discretion we may accept the return of the lever in as-new condition in exceptional circumstances, excluding a simple change of mind. Shipping costs will be applied.

We will always endevour to be fair when considering exchanges due to incorrect ordering. We prefer to offer you the best experience with your RodFree lever.

Payment Options

We operate on a made to order basis. As such we offer no Layby or credit facilities. Full payment must be made at the time of ordering.

We also currently have no facility to offer gift cards or other non-cash transfers as payment options.

Payment options include PayPal or simple bank to bank transfer.
